TENSION -

Cushion Cover Front ** (RS) With 4.50mm hook make 67ch, change to 4.00mm hook, 1tr into 4th ch from hook, 1tr into each ch to end. Turn. (64tr + 3ch)

Turn. Work Row 2 once.
Next Row -

into row ends up the second side of cushion cover, 1dc into same stitch as first dc, ss
to first dc. Turn.
Next Row -

all 4 sides of Cushion cover working 3dc into each of the three corners, ss to first dc.
Turn. Fasten off.
Front Frills -
yarn with a ss to first loop, make 1ch, 1dc into base of 1ch, miss one loop, * 5tr into next loop, miss one loop, 1dc into next loop, * rpt from * to * to end. Fasten off.
Rpt Front Frills row into each of the remaining 7 sets of loose loops.
Cushion Cover Back -
Turn. Rpt last row until you have 30tr rows worked in all. Turn.
Next Row -
Next Row -
into each of next 10 dc, * rpt from * to * to last 6dc, 2ch, miss 1dc, 1dc into next 4dc, work 3dc into last dc, DNT. With RS still facing you, work dc evenly into row ends down first
side of cushion cover, 3dc into corner, 1dc into each tr along the bottom, 3dc into last tr, work dc evenly into row ends up the second side of cushion cover, 1dc into same stitch
as first dc, ss to first dc. DNT. Working across top of back of cover, (buttonholes) work
1dc into each dc and 2ch space to end, ss to last stitch. Fasten off.
Finishing -
facing you, using back loop of stitch left free around 3 sides of front piece of cushion
cover, tuck in second row of dc onto the RS, ss the two pieces of cushion cover together using each dc from the back and each loose loop on front, leaving buttonhole side at the
top of cover open. Sew in and tie off any loose ends.
Turn through to RS, sew on buttons to correspond with buttonholes. Place over cushion pad.
