Materials
4.50mm & 4.00mm crochet hooks
50 grams of Double Knitting Yarn in Random Colour
1 Medium Sized Toggle Button

TENSION - 10dc and 12 rows if dc's measures approx 2" square

With 4.50mm hook make 13ch, 1dc into 2nd ch from hook, 1dc into each ch to end.
Turn. (12dc)

Next Row - 1ch, 1dc into base of 1ch, 1dc into each dc to end. Turn. Rpt last 28 more times, making 30 rows in all from beginning. Turn.

Next Row - (RS) Working into back loop of stitch only make 1ch, 1dc into base of 1ch,
1dc into dc to end. Turn.

Next Row - Working through both loops from now on, work 29 more rows in dc. Turn.

Place a coloured marker at each end of the last row, work 10 more rows in dc. Turn.

Edging and Buttonhole - Change to 4.00mm hook, 1ch, 2dc into base of 1ch, 1dc into each of next 4dc, 2ch, miss 2dc, 1dc into each of next 4dc, 3dc into next dc, working into row ends down the first side of case, work 1dc into each row end to corner, 3dc into
corner, 1dc into each ch along cast on edge to corner, 3dc into corner, 1dc into each row end up second side of case, 1dc into base of first dc, ss to first dc. Fasten off.

Next Row - With RS facing, fold up from loose loops to coloured markers, rejoin yarn
to left hand side of work, using 4.00mm hook and working through back and front dc's
(sealing edges together as you go), work 1ch, 2dc into base of 1ch, 1dc into each of next 30dc, (remove coloured marker), 1dc into each dc to corner, 3dc into corner, 1dc into each dc to corner and work 2dc into 2ch space, (buttonhole) 3dc into corner, 1dc into each of
next 10dc (remove coloured marker), working through both back and front dc (sealing second side) work 1dc into each of next 30dc, 3dc into corner, 1dc into each loose loop along bottom of case, 1dc into base of first dc, ss to first dc. Turn.

Next Row - 1ch, 2dc into base of 1ch, 1dc into each dc all around 4 sides of case to end, working 3dc into each corner. Fasten off.

Finishing  -  Sew in and tie off loose ends of yarn, attach button to correspond with buttonhole.
