TENSION - 9htr and 7 rows of htr measures approx 2” Square

Pocket Pack Tissue Cover - With 4.00mm hook make 12ch, (RS) 1htr into 3rd ch
from hook, 1htr into each ch to end. Turn (10htr + 2ch)

Next Row - 2ch, 1htr into each htr to end, 1htr into top of 2ch. Turn. Rpt last row 36
more times, making 38 rows in all. Turn.

Front Flap - 1ch, 1dc into base of 1ch, 1dc into each htr to end. Turn. (11dc)

Next Row - 1ch, 1dc into base of 1ch, * tr5tog into next dc, (see abbrev above) 1dc
into next dc, * rpt from * to * to end. Turn. (5, tr5tog)

Next Row - 1ch, 1dc into base of 1ch, 1dc into each st to end. Turn. (11dc)

Next Row – (Buttonhole) 1ch, 1dc into base of 1ch, 1dc into each of next 4dc, 2ch, miss 1dc, 1dc into each of next 5dc. Turn.

Next Row - 1ch, 1dc into base of 1ch, 1dc into each dc and 2ch space to end. Turn.

Next Row - 1ch, 1dc into base of 1ch, * tr5tog into next dc, 1dc into next dc, * rpt from

Cover Edging and Sides - Starting with 1ch, 2dc into base of 1ch, work 1dc into each

Next Row - Miss 11dc, working into back loop of stitch only, rejoin yarn to next dc, make
1ch, 1dc into base of 1ch, 1dc into each of next 23dc, dec 1dc over next 2dc, (see abbrev above) 1dc into each of next 3dc, dec 1dc over next 2dc, 1dc into each of next 24dc. Turn. (53dc)

Next Row - Working through both loops from now on, make 1ch, 1dc into base of 1ch,
1dc into each of next 23dc, dec 1dc over next 2dc, 1dc into next dc, dec 1dc over next
2dc, 1dc into each of next 24dc. Turn. (51dc)

Next Row - 1ch, 1dc into base of 1ch, 1dc into each of next 23dc, dc3tog (see abbrev above) over next 3dc, 1dc into each of next 24dc. Turn. (49dc)

Next Row - Fold cover in half length ways so that WS is facing, join sides together as follows:

Make 1ch, using centre loops of dc, ss both sides of each dc together to close. Fasten off.

Starting on short side on opposite corner, work second side the same as first. Fasten off.

Finishing  -  Sew in and tie off ends, attach button to correspond with buttonhole. Insert tissues.
