yrh.    Yarn round Hook


cl.   Cluster

yrh and pull loop through next dc,

yrh and pull loop through same dc,

yrh and pull through 5 loops on hook.


Base of ch. Work into first stitch


Finished size approx:-

33” length x 5” wide


Materials

75 grams of King Cole Glitz DK

7.00mm & 5.00mm crochet hook

1 large Button


TENSION - 2cl and 4 rows of pattern measures approx 1 Inch

With 7.00mm hook make 20ch, change to 5.00mm hook, (RS) 1dc into 2nd ch from

hook 1dc into each ch to end. Turn. (19dc)


Pattern Row 1 - 1ch, ss loosely into base of 1ch, * cl (see abbrev) into next dc, 1ch, ss loosely into next dc, * rpt from * to * to end. Turn. (9 Clusters)


Pattern Row 2 - 1ch, 1dc into base of 1ch, 1dc into each ss and cl to end. Turn.


Pattern Rows 1 & 2 form the pattern rpt both rows 68 more times each until 139 rows

have been worked in all from beginning or work measures approx 31.5 inches.


Next Row - (Buttonhole) 1ch, ss loosely into base of 1ch, * cl into next dc, 1ch, ss

loosely into next dc, * rpt from * to * 2 more times, work cl into next dc, make 3ch, miss

3dc, cl into next dc, ss loosely into next dc, rpt from * to * to end. Turn. (8 Clusters)


Next Row - 1ch, 1dc into base of 1ch, 1dc into each stitch to 3ch space, 3dc into 3ch space, 1dc into each stitch to end. Turn. (19dc)


Rpt Pattern Rows 1 & 2 five more times each. Fasten off.


Finishing - Sew in and tie off loose ends of yarn, attach button to correspond with buttonhole.
