40 grams of Stylecraft Special DK Yarn in Colour 1
Small amount of Stylecraft Special DK in Colour 2

OR
1.5oz of Worsted Weight #3 in Color 1
Small amount of Worsted Weight #3 in Color 2
5.00mm crochet hook, medium button

GAUGE - 5sc and 5 rows measures approx 1 Inch

Tissue Box Cover (Top) - ch36 loosely, 1sc in 2nd ch from hook, 1sc in each to end. Turn. (35sc)

Row 2 - ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, 1sc in each sc to end. Turn.

Rpt Row 2 until 10 rows have been worked. Turn.

Row 11 - ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, 1sc in each of next 7sc, ch19, skip 19sc, 1sc in each of next 8sc. Turn.

Row 12 - ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, 1sc in each of next 7sc, 1sc in each of next 19ch's, 1sc in each of next 8sc. Turn. (35sc)

Rpt Row 2 until 21 rows have worked from beginning.

Sides - Work 1sc in each row end down first side of cover, 1sc in ch along cast on edge, 1sc in each row end up second side of cover, sl st to first sc on beginning of row. Turn.

Starting with ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, work 1sc in each sc to end, (do not work extra sc in corners), sl st to first sc on beginning of row. Turn.

Rpt last row until 11 rows have been worked for sides. Fasten off. (you can add more rows here for a deeper tissue box if you wish).
