6.00mm & 5.00mm crochet hooks

GAUGE - 5dc and 2 rows measure approx 1 Inch using 5.00mm hook

Scarf - With 6.00mm hook and color 1 ch164 loosely, change to 5.00mm hook, work 1sc in 2nd ch from hook, 1sc in each ch to end. Turn. (163sc)
 
Next Row - ch1, (1sc, 1hdc, 1dc) in base of ch1, * skip 2sc, (1sc, 1hdc, 1dc) in next sc, * rpt from * to * to last 3sc, skip 2sc, 1sc in last sc. Turn. (54 Groups)
 
Pattern Row - ch1, (1sc, 1hdc, 1dc) in base of ch1, * skip 1dc and 1hdc, work (1sc, 1hdc, 1dc) in next sc, * rpt from * to * to last 3st, skip 2st work 1sc in last st. Turn. Fasten off.

Using color 2 rpt Pattern Row nine times. Fasten off. Using color 1 rpt Pattern Row twice. Turn.

Next Row - ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, work 1sc in each st to end. Fasten off. (163sc)

With 5.00mm hook, color 1 and working in row ends on first side of scarf, work 16sc evenly along to end. Turn. Starting with ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, work one more row in sc. Fasten off.

Rpt last two rows on second side of scarf.

Finishing - Weave in loose ends of yarn and trim.

Tassels x 16 (optional) - Using color 2 for each tassel, cut 4 strands of yarn approx 4 inches long, (or required length), fold in half, thread open ends through sc, pull through loop you have created and secure. Edge both ends of scarf with 8 tassels each, approx 1 in every 2nd sc, trim to make even.

Bobble Hat - Made in continuous rows without turning until row 6 -

With 5.00mm hook and color 1, ch6, sl st to first ch to form a ring, ch3, work 12dc in ring, skip ch3, sl st to first dc on beginning of row.
 
2nd Round - ch3, 2dc in base of ch3, 2dc in each dc to end, skip ch3, sl st to first dc on beginning of row. (24dc)
 
3rd Round - ch3, 2dc in base of ch3, 1dc in next dc, * 2dc in next dc, 1dc in next dc, * rpt from * to * to end, skip ch3, sl st to first dc on beginning of row. (36dc).
 

 
5th Round - ch3, 2dc in base of ch3, * 1dc in next 3dc, 2dc in next dc, * rpt from * to * to last end, skip ch3, sl st to first dc on beginning of row. (60dc).

6th Round - Rpt 5th Round. (75dc). Turn.

Next Row - ch1, (1sc, 1hdc, 1dc) in base of ch1, * skip 2dc, (1sc, 1hdc, 1dc) in next dc, * rpt from * to * to last 2dc, skip last 2dc, sl st to first sc on beginning of row. Turn. (25 groups)

Pattern Row - ch1, (1sc, 1hdc, 1dc) in base of ch1, * skip 1dc and 1hdc, (1sc, 1hdc, 1dc) in next sc, * rpt from * to * to last 2st, skip last 2st, sl st to first sc on beginning of row. Turn. Fasten off.

Join in color 2 and rpt Pattern Row ten more times. Fasten off. Join in color 1 and rpt Pattern Row twice. Fasten off.

Make a pom pom in color 2, I used Clover pom pom maker size 65

Finishing - Weave in loose ends of yarn and trim. Attach pom pom to crown.
