Commence with Base - With 5.00mm hook and color yarn 1, ch4, sl st to first ch to form a ring, ch1, work 8sc in ring, sl st to first sc on beginning of row. (8sc)

Row 2 - ch3, 2dc in base of ch3, 3dc in each sc to end, sl st to top of ch3 on beginning of row. (23dc + ch3)

Row 3 - ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, 1sc in next dc, * 2sc in next dc, 1sc in each of next 2dc,
* rpt from * to * to last sc, 2sc in last sc, sl st to first sc. (32sc)

Row 4 - Working in back loop, ch2, 1hdc in each sc to end, sl st to top of ch2 on beginning of row. Turn. (31hdc + ch2)

Row 5 - Working through both loops ch2, 1hdc in each hdc to end, sl st to top of ch2 on beginning of row. Turn. Fasten off.

Rpt last row in colour sequence as follows:-
Twice in colour 2. Turn. Fasten off.
Twice in colour 1. Turn. Fasten off.
Twice in colour 2. Turn. Fasten off.
Twice in colour 1. Turn.

Row 14 - ch1, (1sc, ch3, 1sc) in base of ch1, * skip 1sc, (1sc, ch3, 1sc) in next hdc,
* rpt from * to * to last sc, skip last sc, sl st to first sc on beginning of row. Fasten off.

Chain Tie - Using color yarn 1 ch60. Fasten off.

Finishing - Sew in and tie off loose ends of yarn, thread chain tie through alternate hdc's on last row of color 2, tie in a bow, attach decorative buttons to each end of tie.
